Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for ensuring the stable operation and measurement accuracy of industrial 3D camera hardware. It not only extends the service life of the equipment, but also helps detect and prevent potential issues in a timely manner, reduces equipment failure rates, and ensures continuous and stable production line operation. Please strictly follow the prescribed maintenance procedures and keep relevant records.
Daily Inspection
-
Check whether the power supply status is normal. Regularly inspect the power cable connectors for good contact, ensure the power supply voltage output is stable and meets the power supply specifications. If necessary, it is recommended to use a UPS uninterruptible power supply to prevent unexpected power outages.
-
Check whether the network connection is stable and ensure the network transmission speed meets requirements.
-
Monitor whether the working environment temperature and humidity comply with specifications. Good ventilation is recommended to ensure normal heat dissipation of the camera.
-
Check the integrity of the camera housing to ensure there is no breakage, deformation, or corrosion, and avoid risks of scratching or colliding with surrounding objects.
-
Check the tightness of the camera mounting and adapter components to ensure there is no deformation, looseness, or wobbling.
-
Check the stress on cable connectors to ensure cables are routed properly without excessive bending, and the outer sheath shows no aging or cracking.
Regular Cleaning
Regularly clean the camera to ensure the lens is clean and free of obvious dust and stains. Use a clean soft cloth to wipe the camera body. Use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth dampened with lens cleaner or glass cleaner to wipe the camera lens to avoid scratching it.
Precautions
-
The equipment must be powered off before maintenance to prevent laser radiation exposure.
-
Do not use alcohol or other corrosive cleaning agents.
Storage and Transportation
-
Store and transport the camera in its original packaging or a professional shock-proof case.
-
Ensure the storage environment temperature and humidity meet the standards.
-
Avoid severe vibration and impact, and keep away from strong magnetic fields.
-
Maintain the correct orientation and avoid direct exposure to sunlight or other strong light sources on the lens.
-
Before long-term storage, perform a thorough cleaning first and conduct regular power-on checks (every 3 months).
Fault Prevention and Repair
Fault Prevention
-
Establish an equipment maintenance record to document all maintenance operations and abnormal situations.
-
Regularly check the camera’s internal parameter data and recalibrate if necessary.
